Our company has been in the valley since the late '70's. It was Uinta Realty, Inc. until 1993, when Arlene Sweat became sole owner/broker. She obtained her license in 1988 as a salesperson and obtained her associate brokers license in 1990. During her real estate years she has obtained the Graduate Realtor Institute designation and is one of only a few in Uinta County that has obtained her Council of Real Estate Specialists designation. Arlene has also been awarded a million dollar club plaque, multi-million dollar producer plaques and certificate of achievement for out standing performance, top producer total units closed, all thru the ERA local and national recognition programs. Marilyn Hollis has been with the company since 1983 as their office manager. She also became licensed in 1988 and got her associate broker's license in 1990. We are members of the National Realtors Association and abide by their high standards.
